Jay Mandarino launched CJ Graphics Inc. as a print brokerage firm in order to finance his education at York University. His passion for the work led him to purchase his first press in 1986 – and the rest, as they say, is history. In addition to CJG, Jay was also a founder and partner of Anstey Book Binding Inc. and C&W Embossing which was sold in 2010. He is also the founder and president of JBM Event Auction Services and President of CJ’s SKATEPARK (Not-For-Profit). His entrepreneurial spirit and philanthropic generosity have garnered him community-wide recognition.
Dave Monette

A graduate of Ryerson University, with degrees in both Photographic Arts and Graphic Communications Management, Dave Monette has worked in the graphics industry for many years – now approaching three decades with CJ Graphics Inc. as a senior executive, and the previous 10 years as a senior executive at Baker, Gurney, & McLaren Press Ltd. in Toronto. His professional approach and exceptional experience are employed daily to ensure superb quality in CJG printed products. Dave’s focus at CJ Graphics Inc. is to expand the company’s operational and manufacturing capacity to better serve its burgeoning clientele.
David Adams

David Adams began his career in the printing industry in 1980, enrolling in a cooperative program at Centennial College. After studying under a European master and honing his skills, David founded his own successful prepress company, which he later sold to his business partners. He then accepted a sales position with a large offset printer and, in 1992, joined CJ Graphics Inc., progressing rapidly through its ranks to prepress manager. In March 2000, having established the company’s digital film and computer to plate preproduction, David moved into a senior management role at CJG and is currently the Vice President of Large Format & Operations.
Leslie Smith

Leslie Smith has been involved in the high-end graphic arts industry for more than three decades. Les has worked extensively in print production as a print and graphics buyer with a premier Toronto design firm for eight years before joining CJ Graphics Inc. as a print consultant. He has since sold printing to all segments of design community and has become one of our top print consultants.
Patrick Kedwell

Joe Arruda

Joe Arruda started his printing career on the In-Plant side of the industry, before migrating over to the Commercial side where he has spent the last 15 years of his career. Lorraine Bates joined CJ Graphics in 2006. With 20 years of experience in the creative field, she has a thorough understanding of layout, typography and printing. Her background in the industry spans from illustrator to graphic designer to marketing and advertising. Lorraine’s main focus at this stage of her career has involved conceiving and executing design for magazines, editorial layouts, and special interest publications.

John Annan

Eduarda Rocha-Dias

Eduarda Rocha-Dias has been working in the printing industry for over 35 years. After graduating from the Accounting program at Ryerson University, she began her career at Baker Graphics Inc., followed by BPG Graphic Solutions, where she obtained the knowledge and expertise to manage the Payroll and Accounts Payable Department at CJ Graphics Inc. Eduarda has been a welcomed addition to the CJ team since 2008.
