Jay Mandarino, President & CEO of The C.J. Group of Companies and the management team are proud to share the following announcement. On Friday January 13th, 2017 at 6 pm we have concluded the sale of our 3 existing buildings totalling approximately 125,000 square feet and 4.5 acres where we are currently operating in Etobicoke. At the same time, we have purchased the Veritiv facility (formerly Unisource) located at 560 Hensall Circle near Cawthra/Dundas Streets in Mississauga just west of the Etobicoke border. This location will be only 5-8 minutes to the west of our current operations. The new location is on 8 acres, 2 floors and is approximately 230,000 square feet, we will add another 30,000 square feet and have the ability to expand an additional 50,000 square feet when required. This building has 27″ foot ceilings and 300 plus parking spots and will be the largest independently-owned facility for printing & communications in Canada, providing a truly one-stop solution for all clients. We will now be able to move all our operations into one facility. It will also allow us to have additional space for future growth for acquisitions & mergers. We are also excited to announce we will be adding full mailing services, a new litho press, a new large format press with full automation and a new digital press. As well, there will be additional expansion to our bindery, Digital division, Large format division and our new Innovation division. Our Not-For-Profit indoor Skateboard & Scooter Park will also be expanding, making it one of the largest in the world. We also have the top 8 Board sports magazines in Canada published through SBC Media which we recently acquired and will move into the new location as well. We will take possession at the end of May but will be starting renovations at the end of February and will be all moved in by October 1st. There will be no downtime or interruption to business as we will install the new equipment first and then move our existing operations. C.J. Graphics, an award‐winning leader in the North American printing industry, opened its doors on December 4, 2015 for the latest edition of its famous Annual Open House and Fundraiser. Kicking off the holiday season with style and good cheer, the party offered a chance to gather with clients, suppliers, friends, family and industry peers, welcoming a whopping 1,545 guests. Along with fabulous food, refreshments, music and games, the Open House featured a few surprises, including a demo of new C.J. technology in the form of a virtual party greeter featuring Jay’s lovely wife as the model. “[It was] great to see everyone from the Toronto Printing industry celebrating the season. Thanks for hosting, Jay Mandarino!” said Stephen McWilliam, partner and EVP of Avanti. Jay Mandarino, Founder & CEO of C.J. Graphics and the C.J. Group of Companies, doubled as party host and auctioneer. A live auction of high‐end prizes and a silent auction raised over $19,000, with proceeds going to the special‐needs programs offered by the C.J. Skateboard Park & School. Football icon and philanthropist Michael “Pinball” Clemons was in attendance with his wife, Dianne, and delighted the crowd by assisting with the auction, addressing the audience and donating a special item himself. Volunteers from the Daily Bread Food Bank were also on hand for a food and fundraising drive. Guests donated 1,500 lbs. of food, and C.J. matched cash donations dollar‐for‐dollar for a total of $2,000. Along with industry friends, the party welcomed neighbourhood children and families that use the C.J. Skateboard Park & School, as well as many party volunteers, making for a true community event. Group of Companies is proud to announce the recent acquisition of commercial and large format printing company Prime Imaging to its roster of 18 companies. “This partnership is a great fit for our ever-expanding group of companies,” said Jay Mandarino, President and CEO of The C.J. Group of Companies. “There is a lot of synergy between our two organizations. Eco-friendly print production and protecting the environment are paramount at both CJG and Prime Imaging.” According to Scott Currie, President of Prime Imaging, “beyond FSC certification, we consistently source and print eco-friendly products from 100% PCW stocks, bio-degradable display materials, and innovative green options.” C.J. Companies increase overall versatility The acquisition adds a host of quality equipment to the group’s existing arsenal, increasing C.J.’s production capabilities and boosting its overall versatility. The added equipment includes multiple large format digital inkjet presses, digital die cutting, and two photographic presses. Photographic Output means, we can now offer the best quality large format output in the industry on photo paper as well as Duratrans backlit material geared toward high-end retail graphics. North American’s award-winning and industry-leading printer, C.J. Graphics invited clients, suppliers, friends and guests to their famous Annual Open House and Fundraiser on Friday evening, 5 December, 2014. The “must attend” party of 2014 was much more than that – it was a fabulous, friendly, family affair! 1,050 party-goers of all ages walked through our doors – including our competitors.  A party that gives to others During the evening, fabulous food and refreshments plus an up-close magician and DJ rounded out the entertainment which included Chinese Calligraphy, hilarious dress-up Photo Booth and Woody’s delicious Burgers. C.J. Graphics’ President, Jay Mandarino, doubled as host and auctioneer and asked those in attendance to “Lend a hand by raising theirs.” Thirteen high-end items were scooped up at the well-attended Live Auction while 90 items were on offer during the Silent Auction. After the frantic last-minute bidding, $21,865 – up from last year – was raised for the C.J. Skateboard Park & School, a not-for-profit facility offering year-round supervised skateboarding, lessons, camps and classes, to all children in the community, including those with special needs. On hand again were the hard-working volunteers from the Daily Bread Food Bank who accepted dozens of donations amounting to $1,600 which was matched dollar-for-dollar by C.J. Graphics. We also collected 1,700 pounds of food – also up from last year. Also in attendance were members of C.J.’s family, neighbourhood children and families that use the park, volunteers and their families and employees from the C.J. Jay Mandarino Awarded Prestigious Medal

Jay Mandarino, founder and CEO of The C.J. Group of Companies and the C.J. Skateboard Park and School, has been recognized for his exceptional long-term contributions to the community. Jay is one of 13 distinguished citizens in the Province of Ontario to receive the 2014 Ontario Medal for Good Citizenship. The Honourable Elizabeth Dowdeswell, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, presented the award at a ceremony held at the Ontario Legislative Building in Toronto on November 5, 2014. Good Citizen Medal Presented “This year’s recipients of the Ontario Medal for Good Citizenship are truly representative of what can be achieved by taking initiative and aiming high,” Dowdeswell said. “These remarkable citizens have positively affected the lives of many in their communities throughout this province. I am delighted to pay tribute to these outstanding Ontarians.” Along with founding the not-for-profit C.J. Skateboard Park and School, a 28,000 square-foot facility for at-risk youth, Jay sits on the board of the Learning Disabilities Association of Ontario and has raised over $50 million dollars for a range of likeminded charities. His own history with dyslexia and ADHD drives him to give back to those in similar situations and he has demonstrated a lifelong passion for helping others conquer their personal challenges. In 2012, Jay received a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal to commemorate his contributions.
