Jay Mandarino launched C.J. Graphics Inc. as a print brokerage firm in order to finance his education at York University. His passion for the work led him to purchase his first press in 1986 – and the rest, as they say, is history. In addition to CJG, Jay was also a founder and partner of Anstey Book Binding Inc. and C&W Embossing which was sold in 2010. He is also founder and president of JBM Event Auction Services and President of C.J.Skateboard Park & School (Not-For-Profit). His entrepreneurial spirit and philanthropic generosity have garnered him community-wide recognition.

A graduate of Ryerson University, with degrees in both Photographic Arts and Graphic Communications Management, Dave Monette has worked in the graphics industry for many years – the past nine with CJG as a senior executive and the previous 10 as a senior executive at Baker, Gurney, & McLaren Press Ltd. In Toronto. His professional approach and exceptional experience are employed daily to ensure superb quality in CJG printed products. Dave’s focus at C.J. Graphics Inc. is to expand the company’s operational and manufacturing capacity yo better serve its burgeoning clientele.

David Adams began his career in the printing industry in 1980, enrolling in a cooperative program at Centennial College. After studying under a European master and honing his skills, Dave founded his own successful prepress company, which he later sold to his business partners. He then accepted a sales position with a large offset printer and, in 1992, joined C.J. Graphics Inc., progressing rapidly through its ranks to prepress manager. In March 2000, having established the company’s digital film and computer to plate preproduction, Dave moved into a senior management role at C.J. and is currently the General Manager of Colour Technologies.

With more than 15 years in the graphic and web communities, Lee currently spearheads the architecture and development of high-profile cross media campaigns, variable data marketing, web-to-print initiatives and eCommerce implementation at the C.J. Group of Companies. A regular speaker at international conferences on emerging technologies in the print and communications industry, Lee and his team of developers, designers and strategists bring expertise and innovation to clients and partners. Lee is a Graduate of Ryerson University’s Graphic Communications Management program.

Leslie Smith has been involved in the high-end graphic arts industry for more than two decades. Les worked extensively in print production as a print and graphics buyer with a premier Toronto design firm for eight years before joining C.J. Graphics Inc. as a print consultant. He has since sold printing to all segments of design community and has become one of our top print consultants.

Patrick Kedwell joined C.J. Graphics Inc. in 2007, bringing with him 15 years of experience in the commercial printing industry focusing in the corporate and financial world. Patrick and his long standing production team provide the expertise required for high-volume sheet-fed production as well as specialized individual projects.

A graduate of Carleton University’s Bachelor of Commerce program and a Certified General Accountant, Tony Hyland came to C.J. Graphics Inc. with more than 10 years of experience in the printing industry at Baker Graphics Inc. and BPG Graphic Solutions, as well as extensive experience in retail and manufacturing. Tony is currently fine-tuning the financial and production control systems at CJG as the company continues its rapid growth.
